The worst part of photographing bridal sessions is not being able to share the images immediately. But now that Melanie + Chip are married (yay!), we can finally share this gorgeous bride’s bridal portraits!
Melanie was able to brave the freezing temperatures of February to allow us to capture her bridal photos at the North Carolina Museum of Art in Raleigh. I don’t know how she managed to look this gorgeous when we were all shivering the entire time, but she nailed it!
We also headed into downtown Raleigh to finish up the bridal session.
Melanie’s heirloom veil was also worn by her mother at her own wedding. As soon as the veil took flight on this windy day, Melanie’s mom shed a few tears. So sweet!
Melanie and Chip’s March 1st wedding was held at Fairmont UMC, followed by a reception at the NC Museum of History in Raleigh. It was a lovely day and their wedding will be on the blog soon, so don’t forget to check back.
